Located in Cinnabar Basin just north of Gardiner, our privately owned ranch offers the opportunity to work outdoors in one of the most scenic areas near the north entrance of Yellowstone. If you enjoy wide-open spaces, mountain views, wildlife, and hands-on outdoor work, this is a great fit for someone who appreciates the ranch lifestyle and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper Assistant to help maintain the property throughout the summer season.

This is a remote ranch setting, so applicants should be comfortable living and working in a quiet, rural environment. This could potentially become a full time position

Position Dates
Seasonal: May 15 – October 31
(weather permitting)

Job Responsibilities
~General groundskeeping and property maintenance
~Landscaping and gardening
~Lawn care and w**d management
~Identifying and controlling local invasive w**ds
~Irrigation and underground sprinkler system maintenance
~Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
~Basic small engine maintenance
~Assisting with general ranch upkeep as needed

Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Requirements
~Must be at least 18 years old
~valid driver’s license required
~Able to lift 25–75 lbs
~Comfortable bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods
~Must be physically capable of performing all aspects of the job
~Must pass an extensive background check
~Must be drug-free

Compensation & Housing
~Hourly pay (DOE)
~Paid on the 15th and last day of each month
~Fully furnished on-site housing available
~Most utilities and amenities included

We are looking for a full time housekeeper/server that is an all around hand as well.

Pay will start somewhere around $10,000 per month. If you own your own duster, that would be a plus. Please bring it along with your vacuum and store it in your personal store room.

We will provide a new pickup of your liking every 6-8 months, as long as it is a flatbed. You may be asked to haul dirty laundry to town on it .

Of course, we will provide the expense account for all your cleaning supply needs. We will limit you to 6 days but you can take in outside work. Just make sure you clean our place at least once per month.

We have a walk in cooler that is generally empty unless we have guests but feel free to help yourself. Please take it easy on the exotic poultry we import from Asia. We would hate for operation costs to soar.

Please have a 100’ cord for your cordless cleaners. It’s time consuming walking between receptacles and charging stations.

We will hire a maid to look after your bunkhouse so all we ask is for you to be kind to them. They have come so far from Sweden to work here, after all.

WAGES/PAY:
$27,040.00 - $31,200.00 / year

✅️If you are looking for a dream job of working and playing in the middle of the mountains for a private family guest ranch, we are looking for an Executive Housekeeper/Server.

✅️Housekeeping duties will include but not be limited to normal executive cleaning. This is a 5 STAR cleaning position with 10 out building which includes our Lodge. It requires a good work ethic, professionalism, an EXCELLENT eye for detail, self-starter, and working independently and with team members. At times you will be working closely with guests, so this requires a pleasant, great attitude, and a clean appearance. This is not a hotel type cleaning position. Physically able to lift 25 to 50 #, bend, kneel, squat, sit, and stand for potentially long periods of time.

✅️Server duties will include but not limited to preparing tables for meals, serving cocktails, appetizer, 3 - 4 courses daily, washing dishes, and having good communication skills.

✅️Winter duties include but are not limited to assisting others with keeping pathways open with snowblowers, shoveling decks, checking buildings and any other normal winter activities.

✅️This position is very flexible as you might be asked to do other duties around the ranch when the seasons are slow. As there is always "something" to do.

✅️Must pass a federal background check & drug test.

✅️Must be at least 18 years old; must have a valid driver's license; must be able to physically execute all aspects of the job.

✅️Most times, you will work Monday - Friday unless we have family and/or guest on property but as stated above we are a ranch and do work weekends when needed. Summer time is our busy time of the year.

✅️Salary is experience-driven. Pay is bi- monthly (15th and last day of the month)

✅️This is a full-time/year around position with Health/Dental insurance after 60 days. Paid vacation after a year. On-site housing is available (no charge) with all amenities including Starlink internet.
