Together, we made blue oyster and lion's mane gyros topped with fresh veggies and Tzatziki sauce. They were delicious!

Our state of Arkansas is currently facing a public health crisis that we can no longer ignore. With our state ranking 45th in adult obesity, 49th in overall health, and a staggering dead last at 50th in food insecurity, the status quo isn't just a statistic; it’s a wake-up call!

These numbers represent our neighbors, our families, and our future. This is why we are driven by an urgency to host workshops focused on real food, nutrition, and sustainable living. We aren't just sharing information; we are fighting for the well-being of our community.

Real, lasting change won't happen from the top down; it happens right here, with us. We need you! When we work together as a community, we transform from a state at the bottom of the list to a leader in health and resilience.

Saturday was a chilly day, and the turnout was cozy. But honestly? We wouldn’t change a thing.

We spent the morning swapping stories, sharing passions, and plotting ways to build a farming community—all while learning the art of the mushroom. There’s something about a small group that turns "students" into "partners." 🤝

Shoutout to all the amazing people who were part of our mushroom workshop at CAFF! —Arun, Angie, Binta, and Kerry—for braving the cold and making our first workshop unforgettable. You guys are the heartbeat of what we do! ❤️
