Stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Nobody is paying that much attention to you because they’re too busy worrying about themselves! I’m just speaking truth! 😂 So relax, be yourself, dog hair and all, and enjoy your life! 🐾🤪

Thoughts on Tuesday! 💕✨

Remember, having an attitude of gratitude can improve your life in soooo many amazing ways!

Even something as simple as cold watermelon on a hot day can be one of life’s sweetest little pleasures! It’s delicious! 🍉

And apparently Oliver my Aussie, agrees! 😂🐾 He certainly had an attitude of gratitude for his watermelon when he ate some of mine!!! Ha ha!

Thoughts on Tuesday: Make the Second Half Count. 💕✨

This popped up on my feed a couple days ago and I thought, “Oh my goodness… this is exactly how I feel!” ❤️

I’ll never forget sitting on my back porch on my birthday watching my bird tv as I call it and then I had this thought…

You know what? It’s possible that I could be halfway through all of my really good, healthy years when I can truly live and experience life to the fullest!

I didn’t get sad but It sure made me incredibly aware and I actually got inspired and excited! It was like a beautiful little lightbulb went off. 💡✨

I realized the first half of my life had been this beautiful classroom and very interesting adventure. I had loved, lost, learned, struggled, grown stronger, made plenty of mistakes, experienced absolutely amazing and wonderful things and had my heart go through some really hard things too. I also was given my biggest blessing ever by having Alexander my son who is my baby! It was a beautiful first half in so many ways! ❤️

So many beautiful blessings and lessons!

I made the choice that I wanted to take everything I had learned in the first half and use it as fuel to make the second half the best one possible!

It doesn’t need to be perfect. I just want a life that feels true to who I authentically am and what makes my soul happy!

When my journey on planet earth is over, I want to leave with a happy and full heart and try to have as few regrets as possible about the things I actually had the power to choose myself!

So I just started listening to my heart and soul more.

But maybe my biggest realization was this…

I needed to have a love affair with myself. ❤️

I had spent so much of my life loving, helping and caring for others and I absolutely LOVE that part of who I am. But I finally woke up and realized…

I’m one of the people I’m supposed to love, too.🥹

I deserve the same beautiful things I’ve always wished for everyone else.

I want travel. Adventure. Real, deep, meaningful true love. Deep friendships. Community. Connection. Hobbies, soulful work, and absolutely beautiful experiences with people I love in places that make my soul come alive! Yes please!!! 🙌❤️

And someday, when this incredible adventure is over here I hope I can look back and say…

“Oh my goodness… I really lived. My heart is so full, and I lived my life to the best of my ability.” ❤️

Maybe that’s one of the greatest gifts of getting older. You stop worrying quite so much about how much time has passed and start realizing how precious the time you still have really is!

Sooo… take the trip. Make the memory. Tell someone you love them. Do something ridiculous! Who cares! Live out those crazy childhood fantasies! 🧜‍♀️

Don’t wait for the perfect time to live your beautiful life. Life is a gift, so go out and experience it!

Motivational Monday: Celebrate Each Other & Celebrate Life! 💕✨

Well I got lucky this weekend and actually had Saturday off! Woohoo! 😂🙌 I worked all day Sunday, but Saturday I had a beautiful experience with a lovely group of ladies celebrating our friend Azu’s birthday! 🎂💕

We met at my farm and headed to the Top of the Rock restaurant in Missouri. The views were absolutely STUNNING and the dining experience was lovely 😍 but as beautiful as everything was the best part was the amazing company! ❤️

I’ve always LOVED having friends of different ages, cultures, religions, backgrounds, professions, and life experiences. I don’t want to hang out with a bunch of Kristins! I mean, I get on my own nerves sometimes! 😂 I need variety!!! I already know everything about me! Goodness! 🤷‍♀️

Even though we’re different in so many ways we’re actually very much alike where it matters the most! 🙏

We’re aligned in our values and in the way we choose to see the world. ❤️

We’re all purpose and passion driven ladies, we’re curious, and open-minded to! We value growth, kindness, love, connection, authenticity, and supporting one another. We see the beauty and magic in each other and in life, we love to play, and we value deep, meaningful soul connections to! ✨

And goodness, I LOVE the wisdom women carry!

It’s so inspiring to me that around one table you have women who have built businesses, raised families, cared for others, experienced successes and heartbreaks, taken risks, started over, and accumulated so many YEARS of wonderful wisdom! What an amazing gift!!! ❤️

Azu is a beautiful example. Originally from Peru, she’s lived an incredible life. She came to this country and worked her way up and then became a successful international businesswoman while also raising her two wonderful sons. Now she is using her experience to help other women grow and succeed to!! I LOVE listening to her stories and learning from her wisdom. 💕 She’s a beautiful soul inside and out!

There’s something magical about women who don’t compete or compare but instead choose to celebrate, encourage, learn from, love, and support one another. And even better, we can show up as our authentic selves to!!! How wonderful! It’s nice to find people that feel like home! ❤️

Thoughts on Thursday: Be Like Dolly. 💕✨

I’ll be honest my heart was a little sad when I heard the news about Dolly Parton. She was such bright light and a beautiful soul! 💜

I will say that I see death differently than most. I see it as a beautiful rebirth and a celebration of the next amazing chapter and adventure! Yes! 🙌 So I’m happy for Dolly and her new adventure because she has already done sooo much good on this planet. But what a bright light she was while she was here! We were blessed to have her! 😍

I always thought Dolly was a beautiful lady both inside and out. She was so incredibly talented, creative and successful, but what I loved most was her beautiful heart and soul! ❤️

I’ve never really been that impressed by fame simply because someone is famous. I mean that’s wonderful for them but what catches my attention is when someone actually uses their visibility, talents and influence to make a positive impact on humanity. Oh yes!!! That’s what catches my eye! And Dolly did that over and over again in so many wonderful ways. 🙏

She seemed to genuinely love people, accept people as they were, and use the gifts she had been given to make the world a little kinder and more beautiful. I LOVED her amazing authenticity, too! She was the cutest!!!

I truly believe some people are Earth angels… and I believe Dolly was absolutely one of them. 😇🪽💜

So today for Thoughts on Thursday let’s Be Like Dolly!

Don’t forget to dream big and be kind! Love and accept people as they truly are. And… use whatever gifts or influence you have to make this world a better more beautiful place! 🌍

And if you can… try and leave behind a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. Absolutely! ❤️

Wellness Wednesday: Happy International Dog Day! 🐾❤️
So apparently today is International Dog Day! 🐶
I have to say that having Oliver my Aussie in my life has been beneficial in so many ways! I’ve always felt like Oliver was sent as a beautiful blessing from above because he randomly showed up on my farm at exactly the right time we needed him the most. A beautiful little blessing indeed! 🙏
Now, don’t get me wrong… Oliver can be an Ausshole at times too! Especially if he misses a walk! 😂 I guess nobody’s perfect, right?! Ha ha!
I feel like dogs can have such a powerful role in our overall well being. Their love, affection, companionship, and even something as simple as petting or cuddling them can help our absolutely amazing feel good hormones that reduces stress and it creates a sense of calm and peace. Dogs are also wonderful at getting us outside to move our bodies and stay connected with nature! A win win! 🙌
Oliver and I have decided that we’re each other’s emotional support animals. Ha ha ha! 😂🐾 I personally feel that we both benefit from the arrangement pretty darn well!
He’s my cuddle buddy, my copilot, my adventure partner, and my daily excuse to get outside and enjoy my nature therapy walks. It’s funny a lot of times he even comes to business meetings with me because fortunately many of the people I work with say bring Oliver and they absolutely love dogs! We know all the dog friendly coffee shops in NWA! He also always has to make an appearance and hang out with the ladies during our women’s retreats to! He is a ladies man!
Honestly I think people come to the blueberry farm not to see me, but to see Oliver! 😂🐶 Even during blueberry season when my guests come to enjoy beautiful picnics they request to have Oliver join them! Apparently, he’s part of the farm experience now. 😂🐾🫐
And he absolutely loves every second of the extra attention and snacks!!!! 😂
So if you have the time, energy, and ability to care for a precious pup maybe consider getting one yourself! So many need amazing homes! They are a lot of work but so worth it by adding more happiness, peace, laughter, movement, and love into your life than you ever imagined. ❤️
Some people get a soulmate. Some people get a soul dog.
I got a soul dog! 🐾❤️🤷‍♀️
And on the positive side… no complaining, unconditional love, he’s always happy to see me, and I get never ending cuddles too! 😂
I think I got a pretty good deal! Ha ha ha! 🐶❤️
