Jena's BBQ Sweet tomato-based BBQ & Baked Bean Sauce Jena’s BBQ & Bake Beans Sauce was created in 2002 out of necessity. The kitchen is a passion of mine.

I’ve alsways been a fan of BBQ sauce to compliment meat when grilling. My problem was I couldn’t find a complete sauce. No matter the brand I purchased, I was constantly having to add additional ingredients to acheive my desired taste. When entertaining family and friends they would often compliment the sauce, asking where they could purchase it. Once they found out it was a personal creation, man

y began to encourage me to consider creating my own sauce, because of the unique flavorful taste. After some thought, a trip to the BBQ sauce aisle at the local grocery store, a look in the spice cabinet and a month of trial and error; Jena’s BBQ Sweet Sauce was born.

If you ever find yourself in the UK and a burger fan. This is a must stop, we’re at the SOHO location. I had the Philly steak burger (left) My daughter has the Rodeo Burger with impossible burger patties no bacon (right). To have a burger with roast beef that was fall apart tender as well as the burger. That was an experience definitely coming back to the UK; Red Dog Saloon I’ll let you know….save a seat for me.

When your wife has a close relationship with God you sometimes get involuntary involved as well. She is starting a writing challenge this month. And since she said it I know I’m suppose to partake as well and finish something I’ve been working on for about a year. Timing is everything but I still gotta do the work. Oh yeah I’m at work between stories with my personal computer working.
