đź’ĄFAQ & TONIGHT'S SHOW INFOđź’Ą
With the September 2025 Cruise-In! being today I want to give everyone some real time show information and answer some frequently asked questions in this post to help our wonderful entrants and also attendees!
You may also personally call me ANYTIME at 515 408 1074 for ANYTHING! I want your show/sponsor/vendor experience to be amazing and I will do my best to help out in any way possible. So here we go!
- We know there could be a chance of rain and we are keeping eyes on the weather, the show is a go unless we post otherwise right here on this page only or email you. To get on our email list for 2026 please give your email to registration or send it to [email protected]
- Please come to park only after 4:30! We do not get to block the streets until 4 and this gives us time to prepare to park you properly :)
- Please enter the show from the North end of Main Avenue ONLY as we want to have our staff park you. We will have half the side streets completley blocked up to the alleyway for the safety of our attendees . Please do NOT move cones or tape or park yourselves or you will be asked to move and be re parked
On the other half of the side streets past the alleyway you can park spectator vehicles! Please do not block the alleys or any driveways.
We will have a special area on the East side of the street from 1st street N to Center street (the block and side of street El tequila Authentic Mexican FOOD and Red White and Brew Coffee is on) where we will park motorcycles and trikes.
-The city streets and side streets up to the alley will be blocked off by us at 4pm! You can be parked in by our staff only at 4:30pm. Please follow this out of respect to our downtown businesses who most all of them sponsor this show, and need to do business as late into the show day as they can.
Also do not park on side street 2nd street southwest or southeast by the Britt Fire Department so they may roll out if there is a fire call. No exceptions.
Also do not park in Victory Chiropractic's parking lot as they are a sponsor and have customers coming in. When they are closed and give us the ok, we will use their lot. So once again do not park there unless WE park you there.
Please be respectful of our show and our crew and let them park you. They are in charge and what they say goes. This is a an all-ages family show and we set the example to the next generation, and remember this is a free show that our sponsors have graciously provided for you.
- PLEASE register your vehicle so we may have an accurate count. We are roght next to Mayne Salon. This will help our food vendors prepare for their next shows, and also our prizes are ONLY given out at registration when there is a star on your vehicle card! Registering your vehicle is the ONLY way you will win door prizes or any trophies. If possible please bring one canned food item to registration and we will get it to the Britt Area Food Bank. All freewill donations will go to the privately owned West Hancock Ambulance Service! Spectators are welcome to bring a canned food item too.
-Most all of our food vendors take cards, but please bring cash with you if possible, there are ATM's at Farmers Trust & Savings Bank and First State Bank as well. Our show merchandise is cash or check venmo or PayPal and available at registration
- There are portable restrooms at Veterans park including a handicapped accessible one as well. All of our restaurants do have restrooms, please support them while you are using their facilities.
We will also have West Hancock Ambulance Service on site for first aid and any medical attention. Their rig will be on display by registration and kids and adults can go inside and check it out! Consider joining thier team!
We will do trophy presentation around 7:15pm at Mayne Salon next to registration. Special thanks to them for the use of their business and the electricity đź’Ą
