One year ago today, together as a family, we opened our doors hoping to bring an old-school butcher shoppe centered around quality, service, and community. To be honest, we were always hopeful and confident but we also of course were unsure of what was to come…..

What you guys have done for us since then has absolutely blown us away. 🙌🙌
