Recipe😉
-Cut squash in half & spoon out out the seeds.
-Drizzle the inside w/a lil olive oil & salt & pepper
-Turn over & poke some holes in the skin w/a fork
-Leave cut side down & bake on 400F approx. 40mins (depending on your oven & size of squash)
-Once done roasting, turn cut side up & let it cool a lil
-Rake inside with a fork to make strands
-Add your preferred seasonings, tomato sauce, mozz cheese & bake til melted.

We really enjoyed this!😋😋
