Who would have thought that millet and sorghum could make such a delicious cheese bread, but it does! You may cut into sticks if you prefer. We will have samples for you tomorrow Red River Market! Stop on by and taste for yourself!

Join us tomorrow Red River Market !! We will have hard white sandwich loaves, hard red sandwich loaves, Everything bagels, buckwheat granola, rye brownie mix, millet & sorghum pizza dough mix, plus wheatberries, groats, and stone milled flour! Ohhh and as always we will have samples!

This mixer has been a wrist saver! I was kneading by hand, but it was starting to affect my wrists. I purchased an Aiziyo mixer and the rest is history. Kneads it perfect. I swear it does a better job than I did! 😆 I think I need a few more of these!

This week is National Farmer’s Market week. We want to tip our hats to Valley Vital Medicine for their Healing Harvest Market, Red River Market, The Kinfolk Market, and The Norsk Coffeehouse! These have all been beautiful opportunities for us to share our products! We want to give an extra special congratulations to The Kinfolk Market for being chosen 2026 Spotlight Market by MFMA for our region!
