Memorial Day 🇺🇸dinner delivery complete!!!

This is the SECOND time this sweet couple has ordered our Chocoflan, and this time they went all out

On the menu:
Steak tacos
Al Pastor tacos
Rice
Beans
Chips & fresh guac

And of course… we had to make sure they had our Chef Special Salsa to pair perfectly with those Al Pastor tacos 🤌

We didn’t get a photo of everything opened up because we wanted to make sure it stayed fresh, and hot for their guests arriving!

Last year when we hosted our first pop up as “Chef Daddy” we were honored to be able to serve the owner of a local food establishment Kelly's Soul Kitchen and his team!

Today, we tried his Rib Tip dinner with Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens! No crumbs were left behind!!!

Remember, today is not Mexican Independence Day!

Today is about what happened on May 5th, 1862, where Mexico stood strong and defeated the French at the Battle of Puebla, proving that heart, unity, and resilience can overcome anything.

While it is celebrated with good food and drinks it’s about the strength behind the day and the sacrifices made!

That same spirit lives in everything we do at Omizzi’z. From our recipes to our roots, every taco we serve carries a piece of that history—built on culture, pride, and the determination to keep pushing forward.

We’re proud to share not just our food, but our story, our flavor, and our heritage with you.
