KEEPER KÖLSCH RELEASE

Keeper is a pale golden Kölsch with aromas of fresh bread, white grape, and bright lemon-lime citrus. Soft cracker-like malt supports delicate orchard fruit, citrus zest, and subtle floral German hops. Light-bodied and finely carbonated, it finishes crisp and dry with gentle bitterness and a touch of white-wine minerality. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at (Durham) and (Matthews).
