We’ve been a little MIA this week because our sweet girl had surgery, and I’ve been focused on getting her feeling better. Thankfully, she’s finally on the mend, and we’re so grateful. 🤍

But with August coming to a close, I wanted to finally announce our September flavor! 👀

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be bringing back some of our fan favorites, and for September we’re kicking things off with Italian Herb & Cheese! 🧀🌿🍞

I can’t wait to bring this one back! 🤎

Our preorders open at noon today!

Pickup options are porch pickup in Fort Gates or drop off at The Maverick Exchange on the 28th.

This will be the last chance to grab our Pickle & Havarti loaf! 🥒🧀 Next month, we’ll have a new flavor filling that spot, and I can’t wait for y’all to see what it is! 👀

And I promise I’ll be extra careful with the snickerdoodles this week… 😅😅😂

Well y’all, from my earlier post I’m sure you can tell it has been a MORNING! 😂 But we made it to The Maverick Exchange and got all of our goodies dropped off! 🤎

The Snickerdoodle Disaster 😭

Well… I have some absolutely heartbreaking news. 😭 My ENTIRE pan of sourdough snickerdoodle cookies just met the floor.

Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to remake them before today’s drop, so there will be no snickerdoodles this week. I am SO sorry to anyone who was looking forward to grabbing them! 😭

If you preordered snickerdoodles, I will be processing a refund for those cookies and you’ll receive that separately. 🤎

Is it dough day, infusion day, AND working my full time job? Also yes! 😂

So obviously, I needed a coffee. ☕️ But also… LOOK at my cutie croissant cup! 🥐🥹

Almost a year ago, I started this little micro bakery, and I know my grandma would be so incredibly proud. 🤎

I still think about the conversations we had about bread, dough, and baking. I can picture her wanting to know every little detail, and I know she would have absolutely loved seeing what Baked Gingerly has become.

I wish more than anything I could show her what I’ve built, but I carry those conversations and her love for baking with me every step of the way.

One year in, and I know she’s smiling down on me. 🥹🤎
