We’ll be open
Tuesday 12-5
Wednesday & Thursday from 10 AM–5 PM, then closing early Friday at 2 PM.
We’ll be closed Saturday & Sunday.

HARVEST AT MINA’S IS HERE 🍂🤍

When we started putting together our fall menu, we wanted it to feel like more than just a seasonal menu. We wanted it to capture a little bit of the beauty, personality, and community of the Glades.

You’ll still see some of the special people who have always had a place on our menu, but this season we also wanted to shine a little extra love on some of the incredible shops and people around us here in the Glades. So many of our new sandwiches, lemonades, and cold brews were inspired by the businesses that make this area feel so special!

We truly love being part of this community. We love our neighbors, we love the people who walk through our doors, and we love getting to create something that feels rooted right here in Gatlinburg.

This fall menu is warm, fun, local, and very Mina’s!!With new sandwiches, charcuterie, soup of the day, fresh squeezed lemonades, specialty cold brews, hot coffee, Little Market Friends meals, and plenty of fall favorites!

We can’t wait for you to try it all, find your new favorite, and maybe even recognize a few familiar Glades names along the way. 🍁

It’s officially FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE! 🍊🏔️

And because we believe game day snacks should be just as good as the game… we’ll have FOOTBALL SHAPED CHARCUTERIE available today! 🧀🏈🍇

Perfect for taking home to watch the Vols, bringing to a game day get together, or snacking on while you yell at the TV. 😂🧡

GOOD MORNING from Mina’s 🍂💜

PHASE 1 of Harvest at Mina’s is officially HERE! 🥪✨

We’re kicking things off with our brand new cold sandwiches, and if you know Mina’s, you know there’s usually a story behind the names. 💜

🍁 The J Byrd
Named after Jalen, our J Byrd. Thin-sliced turkey and provolone layered with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, banana peppers and Jasper’s Mountain Elder elderberry preserves for the perfect sweet and savory bite.

🍁 The Foxy Knoxy
Named after Knox, of course. 💜 Salami, pepperoni and ham stacked with provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and banana peppers, finished with Knox’s Sweet Heat pepper jelly and a drizzle of hot honey. Sweet, spicy and packed with flavor.

🍁 The Pilot
Named after Gavin, our pilot. ✈️ Thin-sliced turkey and creamy Brie with crisp Honeycrisp apple, peppery arugula, Frankie’s Fig preserves and a drizzle of honey. A little sweet, a little savory and just a little fancy.

🍁 The Bullet Banjo
Named after our wonderful neighbors at Smoky Mountain Bullet Banjos right here in the Glades. 💜 Pepper jack, arugula, tomato, red onion, cucumber, carrots and banana peppers finished with mustard, sweet pepper jelly and a touch of salt and pepper. Fresh, colorful and full of flavor!

We absolutely love getting to share this little corner of the mountains with such amazing neighbors, so giving Banjo Bullet a spot on the fall Mina’s menu just felt right. 🪕💜

🍁 The Mountain Thicket
Inspired by The Gatlinburg Highlanders -rugged, hearty and STACKED. ⛰️ Salami, pepperoni, ham and turkey piled with provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles, finished with creamy mayo and mustard. This is our all in, classic deli style meat lover’s sandwich!

And don’t worry! We kept the Mina’s classics you already love! 💜

Our Denali quesadilla isn’t going anywhere, and neither are the Dallas Wrap or the Banks Wrap. We wanted Harvest at Mina’s to bring you something new without saying goodbye to all the favorites that earned their place on the menu!

And y’all… this is only PHASE 1. 👀🍂

PHASE 2 will be dropping SOON with so many fall favorites coming your way!

We’re officially saying goodbye to the crepes and açaí bowls and making room for a whole new season at Mina’s! With cozy fall flavors, warm sandwiches, charcuterie goodness and SO much more!
