ONE day until The Michigan Lavender Festival💜

It’s hard to believe that the festival starts tomorrow🗓️

🪻The featured product of today is lavender tallow balm.

3️⃣Our tallow balm is made with three simple ingredients: tallow, jojoba oil and lavender essential oil.

💯If you’ve never tried a skin care product with tallow, now’s your chance. You won’t be disappointed.

🐂Fun fact…my sister enjoys a vegetarian style diet, however she loves using tallow balm. A few years back she asked me what I was using on my face (because that’s what sisters do.) I told her tallow and she ask to try some, I was shocked, but did not hesitate giving he some to try. She’s been hooked ever since.

Today we’d like to highlight essential oil🪻

💡Did you know our bath and body products contain essential oil that we have distilled at our farm. We distill a large potion of our crop to get essential oil and hydrosol.

🛍️We also sell bottles of our essential oil so customers can add it to their own skin care, diffuse or use as they wish.

Lavender is a great addition to any bath or body product, but it’s also delightful in the kitchen as well🫙

🪻We offer a number of culinary lavender products. From a sweet treat to a salty side dish.

❓Did you know, not all lavender is intended to be eaten and not all is palatable. We use English lavender for our culinary products and it sure can elevate a dish.

Today we are highlighting lavender honey🍯

🐝We are fortunate to have hives just feet away from our lavender fields.

🍯The bees make the most delicious light color honey I’ve ever tasted. It has such a wonderful taste we use it all the time.

FIVE days until The Michigan Lavender Festival💜

Today we are featuring Lavender Hydrosol💧

🏡I wish I could get this in everyone’s household. It has so many uses.

💁🏼‍♀️I use it daily as a face toner. After I cleanse my face I spritz it with lavender hydrosol then apply my tallow balm (yes we have that also).

🦟Lavender hydrosol also helps sooth skin that is itchy from bug bits.

🌞It also helps sooth hot skin from being in the sun too long.

🛏️Want to add a hint of lavender to your bedding, spritz with lavender hydrosol, it’s all natural so you don’t have to worry about sleeping with synthetics.

🧺It works great to refresh clothes or even shoes.

🐕‍🦺We even use it on our dog when he needs a little freshening up.

‼️Many people don’t know about this amazing vesital product and all of the uses.

⁉️What is hydrosol…when we distill lavender to get essential oil, we also get hydrosol. It’s a natural product with a lovely lavender aroma.

SIX days until The Michigan Lavender Festival💜

Today we are featuring our hand crafted cold process soap.

🧼I first started making soap the winter before we put in our first lavender plants. I fell in love with the process ever since. I love making it and it’s what our family exclusively uses. Face, body, hands, even our dog.

💧Most of the soaps we sell has a blend of olive, sunflower, coconut, palm, shea and castor oil. Each one has other ingredients added such as goat milk, clay, oats, honey, a blend of essential oils (of course Awakening Lavender Farm lavender essential oil) and others ingredients specific to each soap.

We’ve been told we have really beautiful smelling lavender👃🏻 I agree, it’s pretty wonder if I do say so for myself.

We will offer beautiful bouquets of dried lavender and dried lavender sachets so you can take home with you the beautiful aroma💜

💲5/plant or $80/18 plants
✔️ These plants are very small and will need a little extra care until they get established, but the price is right for those who want to get a lot of plants.
✔️I will bring some to the Lewiston, Michigan Farmers Market tomorrow but if you’d like a lot, message me so I can plan accordingly.
✔️Big Time Blue is available in single plants.
✔️Phenomenal is available in single plants or a tray of 18.
✔️If you can’t make it to the market tomorrow, contact me to arrange a time to pick them up.
