The walk-in cooler is already starting to feel right at home. We just put the home stretch of 2026 up on the harvest room wall, and each hydroponic system now has its own board to track its progress, month by month… so Future Us can look back before looking ahead.

Four weeks ago we planted kale and red cabbage without realizing how much we’d appreciate them.
