FYI...our blacktop has some construction going on but it will not affect your ability to get here. In fact, the road getting to our place has been greatly improved as it is the detour around the bridge that is being replaced. Just be sure to take it slow because it is a little narrow in spots if you are meeting someone.

2nd - 2 spots
16th - 2 spots
23rd - 6 spots
30th - 1 spot

December
14th - 2 spots
21st - 4 spots
28th - 6 spots

We are already booked well into 2027. January and February are almost full.
If you need spots in March and April after OYE, better to reserve now and cancel if you make the sale than get caught without a spot. Both months are already half full.

Just FYI...God is blessing the socks off of us and we are filling up quickly for the fall. If you are wanting to get a butcher date, even for 6 months out, better book it now. Our first opening is September 21st and we only have 50 spots left for the entire year. Even 2027 is starting to book up. January - March is almost full so if you want a spot, give us a call or go online and choose your own spot.

Our guys are volunteer firefighters and have been out fighting the fire west of Greenfield since just after it started. Praying for wind to die down and for the safety of all those fighting the fire as well as those whose homes/property are in its path.

Our appointments are almost full through July. If you were putting a calf on feed now or in the next 30 days and wanting to get an appointment, we only have one open spot on June 29th and two openings on July 27th. Get them while you can!

If you are planning to butcher in August -December, it's never too early to reserve your appointment. Better to book early than get caught without a spot.

We just stocked the shelves with our Nicolai Farms fresh beef tallow!

Just finished up another batch of farm fresh tallow! The last batch flew off the shelves and this one had several pre-sold so it only has a few containers left. We are even packaging it in bulk containers for the diehard tallow fans.

We still have several 30day dry aged ribeyes.  $35/lb
