Big news! Campus Auxiliary Services at SUNY Geneseo earned three NACUFS awards from nearly 300 submissions! Entries included:

🥇 Letchworth's World of Flavors: Student Recipe Contest (Residential Special Event of the Year)
🥇 Mary Jemison's Cruciferous Crunch Stir Fry (Special Diet Recipe of the Year)
🥈 Red Jacket's Plant-Based Poke Bowl (Special Diet Recipe of the Year)

CAS will be recognized at the NACUFS National Conference in New Orleans this July, where Grand Prize winners will be revealed. Learn more at the link in our bio.

Red Jacket's Sweet Heat Summer BBQ Series returns every Wednesday through August 1 from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Enjoy BBQ favorites with a sweet heat twist, including Pulled Pork with Purple Pineapple Jalapeño Slaw, Smoked BBQ Chicken, Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread with Honey Butter, house-made pickles, and more.
