Summer 26. This batch was made between June 1st and July 15th, capturing the ultimate Northeast Ohio berry and clover explosion! 🌸🫐
Our bees spent the early summer buzzing through fields of sweet clover and our massive patch of 120 blueberry and blackberry bushes and our buckwheat field. The result? A smooth, medium-gold honey with a naturally bright, fruity undertone. The buckwheat perfectly balances the sweet and tangy clover that summer honey is known for.
No artificial flavors, no filters—just pure, raw summer sweetness straight from our farm to your kitchen. 🍯❤️

We pulled 8 gallons of summer honey. This will be our only summer batch. As our bees make it through dearth (more to come in the subject of dearth!) next comes my favorite honey…fall pollen packed goldenrod honey!

I’ve had a few questions about why some honey jars are a different color. Same bees, completely different honey! 🍯✨
Our early spring harvest (April - June 1st) is labeled as Spring 2, while late summer honey gets dark and robust, this Northeast Ohio spring batch is water-light, crisp, and delicate. 🌿
Our bees spent the spring flying through native wildflowers, multiflora rose, crab apples, maples, tulip poplars, and blooming black locust trees. The result? A perfectly smooth, premium honey with notes of soft vanilla and fresh floral blossoms. 🌸
Once this Spring 2 batch is gone, it’s gone until next year! Get your raw, local honey fix today. 🐝

I spend a lot of time talking to customers about solidified honey and how to make it liquid again…but the real answer is to not mess with it. It’s so much better solidified!

One of our buckwheat fields we planted this year to get some robust flavor in our summer honey. The rain was a blessing or the buckwheat fields! Butterflies loved them too!
