In spite of buying more fish this week, IM SOLD OUT OF SALMON.
I have one nice large filet of Walleye left.

Hi all.
It's been a medical week for me. I am being treated for Lymphedema in both legs. Well the good news is they are healing quite nicely. While the Lymphedema will be with me, effective treatment will continue. Next week I will have a massage pump demonstrated that will be used post nurse/specialist treatment. Also I will begin physical therapy at Delnor.
All good news!
I'm looking forward to the Geneva and Wheaton French Markets beginning April 11&. 12th.
I do have fresh and frozen Faroe Island Salmon as well as fresh Lake Superior Walleye in stock at the Shop.

I will be at the St Charles Illinois Indoor Farmers Market Friday morning at Baker Church. Please visit our Market. Lots of good products including honey, local eggs, chicken, sourdough baked good, jams, jellies and fruit pie filling as well as fiSh and cheese.

Friday Shop hours are 2-5
Saturday Shop hours 10:30-5.

Hi all
Today, Feb 27, I will be open later this afternoon, about 3-4. Sorry my hours are reduced, I have a hospital visit this afternoon.
Saturday, I will be open from 10 - 3:00.
I have fresh Faro Island Salmon, Lake Superior Walleye, Icelandic Cod and Argentina Reds Shrimp.
As always, lovely cheeses including a 10 year aged Gouda and 12 and 15 year aged Widmer's Cheddar.

I should have some fresh baked Sourdough Demi B@aguettes and Focaccia.

I will be open Tuesday, Wednesday 10-4. Thursday and Friday 1-4. Saturday 10-4.

Fresh baked Demi Baguettes and Focaccia will be in stock all week.

Fresh Salmon and Whitefish are available all week.
