Tomorrow we are doing a giant grazing table for 95 guests for the LEAP program out of Saint Charles. Getting prepared and so excited to partner with such thoughtful women who are making a huge impact for high schoolers!

LEAP is a program for high school students that inspires the next generation of philanthropic leaders.

LEAP is open to all high school students in the Kane County IL area. Throughout the program they learn all about philanthropy and how local non-profit organizations work. The students learn about foundations, endowments, grant making, fundraising, strategic volunteering, operations, etc. as well as leadership and networking skills.

Feeding the staff over at Fox Valley Orthopedic Surgery Center. One of their patient’s on the mend from a successful surgery asked me to provide an office lunch for the doctors and nurses who took care of her. It’s not an ornate spread, since everyone is busy working and caring for patients, but it is tasty healthy food to keep them going all day! This was a fun one to do!

I am in downtown Naperville today cooking for a family of five. All organic, and modified kosher. Today’s menu was so fun!

The showstopper today is my new roasted cabbage in parmesan cream sauce…it’s incredible.

Vegetarian clients this morning, eating for heart health. I made an incredible roasted cherry tomato basil pasta sauce for a balsamic tofu primavera, very very veggie enchilada pie, homemade veggie burgers with all the fixings…Spanish rice, roasted asparagus, crispy roasted potatoes.
Food is medicine!

Calling kids if all ages! Private family of six with four pre teens and teens looking for protein packed lunches to keep their kids healthy and fueled throughout the school day. I am doing these paleo Buffalo bowls, protein packed power bowls, bbq chicken bowls, and Mediterranean power bowls so the kids have variety through the week! Much better than school made lunches and prettier to look at! I have a waitlist for meal prep-it might take some time, but the list does move. Feel free to reach out to join it!
