Hibachi dinners
I introduced this a few weeks back and just like the powerballs these will stay on the menu they're so so popular but you do get a ton of food just like you do in the hibachi bar
The steak hibachi along with chicken always starts with farm fresh meat
Marinated and then wok seared.
It comes with either vegetarian or chicken egg rolls
Stir-fried mixed vegetables
Homemade fried rice (and a lot of it)
Yum yum sauce, hibachi sauce and of course homemade sweet and sour.

At 20 bucks per person
Man I think at this point I'm being ripped off 🤣

For Memorial Day Weekend, Farmer Mike smoked half of a Contraban Farms Ltd tom turkey that we processed last fall. Just this half was about 15 lbs.

The day started at sunrise with a fox trying to kill our chickens. Unfortunately, not the first one this spring. The chicken got away with some missing feathers. Not sure what scared the fox more... the dogs or Farmer Mike in his underwear. 😆 The fox tried to sneak back through the pasture and get another one. Unfortunately for him, Farmher Cindy Davisson Burgett was waiting and his sun has set. Nobody messes with her chickens. I took this Pic right before we started loading up hay for a delivery tomorrow morning. From sunrise to sunset it is always an adventure on a farm.
