I can't believe I'm back here having to address another one of these comments. But this one wasn't on my page it was left in a google review. That potentially could bring down my rating. When a "1" star review is given it takes hundreds to move back up. I have reported this and hopefully it will be reviewed and removed. But it is doubtful.
I'm not sharing the name of the person that left this unwarranted review. Because I respect a persons privacy and do not think putting it out there for others to hate on is kind to them. But I wanted to share the comment. This isn't about us as a business. It is an opinion on our practice of advertising. Sure I have used AI at times to make our cow mascot image, or to take a "real" picture of our products with a fun eye catching backgrounds. That is using tools to make our post fun. However, reviews should be fair, honest, and given as a reflection of the business you are leaving it on. Nothing in the review states an opinion on our customer service, cleanliness, quality of products, and overall experience. We should all be cautious and fair with reviews, because as a small business we rely on good reviews to drive business our way, to put us at the top of the search engine for those looking for a quality business. We are proud of our 4.9 rating and we have worked very hard for it. It is a shame that there are those that do not take the time to think first.
