Leaves are changing color, cranes are migrating over the marsh.

After almost 2 inches of rain, we’re excited for some cool, sunny weather - perfect for eating and processing freshly picked apples.

Jonathan apples are here!

This heirloom variety is both tart and sweet. Great fresh eating, although might be best known for making exceptional c***r and flavorful applesauce.

Our ‘Old Tree Jonathan’ is a standard size tree planted in the 1930s. We’ve grafted from it to keep its wonderful size and flavor going on new, smaller trees.

FRESH apple c***r now available. We just had them pressed on Wednesday and are well stocked!

While the apple varieties continue to ripen, we’re harvesting pumpkins and squash this week!

Classics like Acorn, Butternut and Spaghetti squash are available, along with some specialties like Sunshine Kubocha and Candy Roaster.

Today Sam is picking and sorting Swiss Gourmet, which won a blue ribbon at the Walworth County Fairgrounds this week!

We have been busy picking, sorting, and bagging Honeycrisp! We are planning their 2026 debut for this FRIDAY 9/4!
