So much going on as I try to keep up with harvest time.
Dehydrating, freeze-drying, canning and freezing all going on.
Elderberry Harvest is just days away. Tomatoes, Peppers, Okra and Green Beans getting ready to come on strong, not to mention the abundance of herbs and edible flowers have growing and have harvested already.
