Incremental ambition.

A perfect description of the path many of us took to get to where we are today. We didn’t set out to win it all. We wanted to participate. We wanted to try.

Then we marked a 70. Won a buckle. Held the cow. We were hooked.

The goalpost got moved. We needed a little more. More knowledge, more training, more horsepower. We needed to win the class, win the year, win the circuit.

Incremental ambition isn’t a bad thing. It just means we didn’t know our true potential in the beginning. Each time we meet a goal, we set a new one, creating never-ending excitement and challenges.

Wow! Quarter Horse News just published an article on the Top 10 Cutting Dams of the last 10 years. There’s no surprise that Dual Rey Tag sits high at #5 on that list, but how proud we are to see our very own Rebel Heart listed in Rey Tag’s top earning offspring!
She is a very special horse who still has much to prove in the show pen.
