You may have noticed we’ve been a little absent and quiet lately and we’re so sorry about that!! The holidays are our busiest time of the year and while we love it, it definitely takes a toll and requires a little R&R afterwards 🙂

We’ve been taking sometime to rest and regroup with family, and focusing on my day job - yes day job 😉 The Celiac’s Table is not my full time job, it’s more of a hobby and love of mine, which means I can’t dedicate as much time as I would like to. I happily am starting a new job next week which I am VERY excited about, but it’s also causing me to have to take a slight step backwards and not take on as many orders as I usually do while I navigate the new role.

I am still available for smaller orders, but will be taking on less for a couple of months until things have settled down. My website may not be available for awhile, but as always feel free to reach out to me via email and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Our favorite way to eat leftover stuffing (aside from straight out of the pan 😉) is to turn it into crispy, crunchy waffles!!! Top it with a fried egg, hot sauce, and maple syrup and you have the BEST breakfast the next day!!!

Whether you call it dressing or stuffing this gluten free stuffing is a Thanksgiving must!! Packed with our delicious homemade bread, sausage, and of course all the herbs and spices this dish has us counting down the days to Thanksgiving!

Our non-GF friends and family love this dish too! We make 3 pans for everyone to have leftovers - because everyone knows the best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers 😉

Thanksgiving PRE-ORDERS are now live!! Don't forget to order your gluten free pies, stuffing, or yeasted dinner rolls in time for Thanksgiving. Orders must be placed by 11/22. We will have limited availability and will close the order form once we're fully booked.

Orders must be picked up on Wednesday 11/26 between 10am-7pm. Please note pick up time when you place your order, these will be scheduled pick-ups.

Hi All! We are finally getting back to DMs and emails and apologize for the delay. We recently had a death in the family that has taken quite a toll on us, but we’re slowly getting back at it. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

We will be doing a limited menu for Thanksgiving this year and offering more savory items with it in addition to our pies!
