Howdy friends! Our chickens have finished molting and we are back to having a steady stream of eggs.

Our chickens are truly free ranging and pasture raised. We don’t confine them to a run and we have plenty of green grass.

We are already sold out of eggs for today! 🙏 A big thanks to our wonderful customers for keeping us going.

We do have some pasture raised 100% Berkshire pork for sale BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 😊 This will not be available at the farm stand. All pork was butchered/processed by the M&M butcher block in Lampasas. They do a great job, have incredible sausage, and are always kind to our animals!

* Boneless pork chops (1.5 in thick, 2 per pack, avg 2 - 2.5lb per pack) - $10 lb
* Ribs - $6 lb
* Hot breakfast sausage - $10 lb
* Bratwurst (1.5 lb package/5 brats) - $15
* Boston butt/shoulder (19 lbs each, 2 available) these are HUGE and will feed a very large party each - $8 lb
* Bone in thick cut cured/smoked ham steaks - $10 lb

Great day at the farm stand!! We were sold out of eggs earlier today, but the hens have delivered us another 3 dozen 🐔❤️😁 We also restocked our jelly stash and our whole, pasture raised chickens in the freezer.

Due to a last minute cancellation we have a great deal on some pasture raised pork available!

Full bred Berkshire going to the butcher tomorrow. Her full sister’s hanging weight a couple weeks ago was 354 lb. Live she likely weighed about 425 lb.

Meat pictures are from their full brother, which goes you an idea what to expect. HUGE hams, meaty belly tha yields tons of bacon, beautifully marbled meat.

$1,200 + you pay the butcher

If you commit by tomorrow you can have her cut any way you choose!
Butcher fees are $75 fee + 1.10 per hanging lb
Sausage and curing/smoking extra but it’s reasonable

Please let us know if you’re interested!
Or we could do 2 half’s if we had two people interested.
