1. Salt as you go, not just at the end. It builds way better flavor.
2. Use a bench scraper to move ingredients. It’s faster and less messy.
3. Never use a dull knife. Sharp knives make everything quicker (and safer).
4. Keep your workspace organized. Having everything in its place makes cooking feel way less chaotic.
5. Always read the recipe first so there's no surprises halfway through.

Nothing complicated, but once you start doing these, cooking just feels smoother and a lot more fun.
