tyle of the London Porters with a deep, rich flavor. You’ll taste delicate chocolate notes that accent its full body and spicy hop character. The Ploughshare is a refreshing and invigorating Saison with a subtle sweetness from malted wheat, perfect to slake your thirst. Our Alemannia is crafted in the old-world German Altbier tradition with hints of clove and pepper from the German hops to take you back to a time when full-flavored yet straightforward beer was the standard daily drink. The Austinite Pilz is a postmodern take on the Pilsner. It is top-fermented at a low temperature and lightly lagered to produce a light-to-medium body and clean finish. Our IPA was inspired by an old-world approach with modern dry-hopping techniques. Magnum and Cascade hops are used for bitterness with Triple Pearl, Simcoe, and Citra hops added for flavor and aroma. Our goal is simply to make delicious, high-quality beer for our home city of Austin. Come try the beer less traveled.
