I feel like in anything we do, we doubt ourselves. But especially us creative people, I find myself doubting myself every day, in every single way, when it comes to my photography. The self doubt has really sunk in lately and then I met sweet Harlan today, who absolutely ROCKED his session. And he made me feel like maybe just maybe, after 15 years, I know what I am doing, even if the feeling only last today, I am thankful.
Thank you sweet boy for today and I loved meeting you and your sweet family and thankful for them driving over 2 hours to get to me and you still sleeping so good!

It's been a wild week. One that included me starting a new job and my computer's hard drive crashing and having to buy a new computer. So sorry for my lack of posting. But I loved being in my studio today with adorable Maisie and her sweet family today. Look at that proud big sister! ❤

Newborn sessions will always be my favorite, let me know if you are due soon and let's get yours scheduled!

What not to say, to not even think when you walk in for your newborn pics. "All he ever does is sleep" because I promise every time, the baby proceeds to be wide awake for the next 3 hours. 😂

But sweet little Olson was as calm as could be and was so sweet, I didn't even mind him being wide awake. I loved meeting him and seeing his sweet family again and look what a great job big brother did! ❤

I absolutely adore this family and the girls did so good for their pics today. I am obsessed with the Lisa Frank outfit...
