This last month was tough but farm life is never easy otherwise everyone would do it. So, while the sadness of Rivers first litter being fraught with tragedy sits heavy with me, the joy of our beloved survivor, Violet, helps soften the blow. Violet is 4 weeks old now and full of opinions. She is all of her mom’s Anatolian/pyr and all of her dad’s Maremma. It is my pleasure to introduce the next generation of LGD to our farm.
