Contemplating the thought of possibly selling the Dilly wagon. We would not sell it to just anybody we would sell it to someone who wants to keep the brand alive and thriving. We have a Freshly built food cart that has not been opened yet with all brand new equipment. οΏΌ

This is quite the opportunity for someone who has the time sadly unlike myself. If the Dilly wagon does not sell to the right person. We will open it next season! This business will be up and running next year one way or another. πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

We simply want what’s best for the Dilly wagon, and the existing customers that have followed us the whole way !

Hello everyone we apologize for not posting for a while here. The new wagon is finished ready to go!

The downside is that this year due to many factors
The main factor of not opening was simply not being able to find any qualified employees. It’s a weird time where people do not have to work all of a sudden. We also are very busy in other things as well. Due to this our plan is to wait for the craziness we live with now. (Pandemic) and come back strong next season. Also wait for us to move which we are in the process of doing. And next year everything will fall in place.

We will let everyone know as we start to come into next season and let people know where we will be.

Once again our apologies for not being open for you guys this season. We chose to not lose our quality and open the wagon half way there. When we open we will be at 100 % and will make sure the wait was worth it. We can not wait for this.

Stay tuned stay following and we will bring this long time Dilly Dog and Dilly Sauce back to you guys. Along with some amazing food!

Hello everyone. I wanted to drop a message and let our followers know that we are still making progress on the new build. It will just about wrapped up soon. πŸ™‚ pics will follow

So we are In a new school year and we always always enjoy showing appreciation for our customers and our local kids. We feel a small amount of support can go a long way for our future generations. To show them that giving is apart of life and we always try to help one another. This being said even though the Dilly Wagon took this summer off. We still would like to help a few families/kids out.

Please PM us if any family out there has not been able to supply their kid/kids with shoes for the new school year. And are DESPERATELY in need of a new pair. And we will be happy to do what we can to supply a few kids with some nice new kicks. πŸ€œπŸ‘Š

Please keep in mind. We do not want to embarrass or belittle anybody. There is zero questions asked about finances. It's tough times for many people right now. And this does not make anybody any less of a person. We need to remember the shoe could always be on the other foot. (Yes pun intended :) ) So please of any one is struggling to get their child a pair of shoes for school. We would love to help a few kids out. PM me !

The Dilly Wagon came back home from being wrapped!

These guys do wrapping on everything! And they were a pleasure to deal with.

I'd like to say thank you very much to those who have helped thus far!

We purchased the new truck from a wonderful family Over the Top Contracting! We are thankful to them as well!

Still a little bit to build inside but here is a peak of the new wrap!
The pictures do not do it nearly as good as in person. So the wrap is based off a old wagon. So the bottom part of the wrap is a actual wagon and then the upper part is the wagon cover. Pretty cool!

Hello everyone. Happy 4th of July Weekend!
I wanted to get on here and being everyone up to date on where we are at for the Dilly Wagon.

The first year we started in Georgia was the first year as a company taking over the Dilly Wagon from the old owners. We had a spot and it was good and then died down after a month. We learned ALOT this year about what it really takes to run a business.

The second year we took on a new spot in Milton VT and we were excited and when we opened. We got so busy we couldn't keep up! We were blown away with how hard it was to keep up and people were waiting WAY to long for their food. We were not ready for this storm Milton brought on. However we did the best we could and got better and found some tricks at the end of the year and we made do with our small cart.

Over the winter we thought about what we needed to do and it was apparent to us that we needed a bigger better food cart. Over the winter we put the old one up for sale and we sold it. We bought a bigger better set up ( old box van) that we decided to build ourselves due to how much these things cost when already built. So thats what we did we started to build! And we really thought we would have this thing done. I worked hard and built this thing on all my spare time. Once we ordered up a exhaust hood from Ohio and it took 2 months to get here due to Covid. This is really what slowed down this cart from being done sadly.. Good old covid strikes again.

We were hopeful to open July 1st but we have finally accepted that it's just not going to happen this year. Right now as we speak the new build is getting wrapped at All Out Graghix in Westford VT. So we have all of the equipment. The exhaust is in place. We have purchased everything brand new for inside the cart. And we are very excited to see the end result. Quite literally we have worked on this all summer so far. And we still have to get the electrical done and gas done. And then place everything in there.

I wanted to let all of you who have followed us this year and supported us and been so patient. We want to thank you very much for this. If we could do this all over again we would do it the same way! Because the fact was our old cart was way to small and quite miserable to work in. So we took the advice and mistakes and positives as well from last year and we ran with it. Our number one goal is to have a fun spot to bring the family. And get high quality burgers and hot dogs and all the other food we cook. We believe in quality over quantity. So for us missing this year was difficult but we do not regret it as we believe when we open back up next summer. We will be more than ready to give you guys what you deserve. :) considering its already July. And still not ready. We would have to open August 1st and it just doesn't make sense at all to hire employees for one month of business. Get a inspection. Find help. Then close right down a few weeks later.

Our apologies for not being there for you guys this year. But as we know time flies and before you know it. A newer better. Bigger food cart will be set up next year! And we can't wait to show you! Once done we will put up a series or pictures to show you guys the new set up.

Hello everyone πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ. We are slowly but surely building the new food cart. Sadly due to covid we are waiting on parts for the build. 😞 but its ok we feel it is for better good! Good things come with patience.

At this point we are hopeful for July 1 st. Not a guarantee. But we are really real trying to be complete and inspected by then. I will update as we go. I'm glad people understand and one thing is for sure. Once we are built we are ready to go for years to come. So this is just small bump in the road. πŸ˜€

Hello everyone. !! So we want to touch base with out number one customers on here and let you all know that we sold the old Dilly Wagon. The cart itself. And as we speak the new one is being built! It is a lot of work but we are sooooo excited to have the newer more improved. Bigger. More efficient food cart.

We believe this will make us run at a better pace and have the space we need to provide our customers with a great product. Which we always strive to do better and better.

We are shooting for mid May or JUNE 1st. This is our hope for the year!

We hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather and we will see the Dilly Squad soon!

Some exciting news for the Dilly Wagon followers! With the help of our amazing customers who we are so appreciative of. We used the money left over this year to purchase a bigger. Better food truck!

Super excited to bring this truck in and allow us to better serve our customers! We realized last year that our small cart simply was not going to work as good as we hoped. Thankfully Als Frenchfries Came down the road which balanced us out so we were not as busy.

However this year we will be ready full steem and have more cooking stations and faster output for your food. And faster time checking people out in line. We are very dedicated to give a great place to grab your food on the go and enjoy a quick very delicious meal. We take what we learn from each year and we simply make it better the following year. This is what food business is all about.

Again we thank all you very very much and we will keep updates as we go along closer to spring.!

Sadly we will be closed today and tomorrow. There was a death in the family for our cook. So sorry to keep changing our plans. September has proved to be very tough.

I will let everyone know on here what we end up doing. Thank you so much and we will be sending prayers to our cook Alex. As we are very sad to hear this news for him and his family. πŸ™

We are trying to open up for one more day for you guys. We will let you all know as soon as we know.

Positive note.- It has been a great summer. And we have done alot alot or orders and served many people. And we are thankful for each and every one or you. We originally planned to close down on Sept 1st. And looking back we prob should of done that. But that said. Its ok! Everything will be OK and next year we have some AWESOME plans!!
