I want to take a moment and say thanks to Becks Hybrid Seed. Our own family farm has been given the opportunity to plant a wheat plot for the 2027 growing season containing 11 varieties of wheat including new genetic traits. Only a handful of farms have been selected across the states. The Becks family not only treats their customers like family but they hand pick the best employees for the task at hand. Heath Eckler and Cole Piontek came down yesterday to get their hands dirty. I obliged them, kept them busy trying to keep our 48 hole drill meters full, while I drove the tractor in the a/c. Full sun, 88 degrees, and hard work never bothered either Heath nor Cole. It was fun catching up with these two for the day and can’t wait to harvest 100+ bushel wheat next year. Thanks again to Becks Family. You never disappoint us.
