We’re home from vacation and back at it! 🥰🫧

A little bit of the beach followed us home… in soap form🐚 These adorable seashell soaps are being made as sample-sized favors for a friend’s upcoming wedding 🤍

Now that we’re back, it’s almost time to trade the seashells for pumpkins, cozy scents, and all things FALL! 🍂🎃 Fall soaps will be starting soon! 👀🧼🍁

The animals still need to be fed and the daily chores still have to get done - even when your heart just isn’t in it.

I’ve been taking some time away from social media to simply be with family and to process the loss of my uncle Paul after his courageous battle with cancer. We’ve all needed the time to grieve, to be with the people we love, and to take things one day at a time.

Even though things may never feel “normal”, I’d like to start sharing little pieces of our farm life with you all again. The animals are still keeping us busy, there are still livestock puppies looking for their new homes, and life on the farm doesn’t stop even when you desperately want it to.

I’d like to ask for prayers as our family continues through this difficult time and as we navigate the road ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, sent a message, or simply kept our family in your prayers. It means more than you know.

We’re taking it slowly, but we’re here.

Anatolian Shepherds are known for their strong guardian instincts, intelligence, and unwavering dedication to protecting livestock. They thrive when given a job and are an excellent choice for farms looking for dependable livestock guardian dogs.

This big boy is going to school! 🎓

Smoke headed to Soak Creek Farm today to begin his training. He’s in great hands, and we can’t wait to watch him learn, grow, and become the incredible horse we know he can be!

Thank you to everyone at Soak Creek Farm Pastures & Stables for taking such great care of our boy. We can’t wait to see his progress!

Happy Father’s Day to the man with all the plans!

John is the builder, the problem-solver, and the brainpower behind so many of the projects here at the farm. If something needs to be built, fixed, moved, or figured out, chances are he’s already thought of a plan and is halfway through making it happen.

He’s the guy behind most of the things standing around this farm and the reason many of our ideas become reality. Whether it’s a new project, a repair, or one of our many “What if” moments.

We’re incredibly lucky to have him, and thankful for everything he does for our family.

Happy Father’s Day, John! We love and appreciate you more than words can say💛
