What does a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner do?
Nutritional therapy is about so much more than food.
An NTP looks at the whole-body picture including nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, sleep, stress, energy, and daily habits to help identify areas that may need additional support.
The goal isn’t a one-size-fits-all meal plan or a quick fix. It’s about building realistic, sustainable habits that support overall wellness.
That can include:
✨ Supporting healthy sleep and stress-management habits
✨ Building balanced meals and steadier energy
✨ Increasing nutrient-dense whole foods
✨ Supporting healthy digestion
✨ Creating routines that actually fit real life
That’s the idea behind my Five Foundations Wellness Method: Restore. Balance. Nourish. Digest. Thrive.
