Corks Wine & Spirits is pleased to present an evening with Prav Saraff, founder of Dream Spirits. This exclusive event will feature a five course seated dinner paired with a whiskey tasting, featuring four barrel picks coming to the Memphis market later this year. In addition, at the conclusion of the meal, all attendees will have the opportunity to blind taste three unique barrels hand selected by Prav himself. The group will pick one barrel, which will then be bottled and made available for purchase at a later date. The barrel samples come from the oldest fully-operating distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. All three are 14 years old, and proofs range from 139.34 to 144.52! The all-in cost for the event is $175 per person and is expected to sell out fast.
