I like to thank you all for your support and your questions about our schedule this year. Life is full of changes and we are changing too! We are down sizing but we are still in business. We are selling our second trailer I have posted a picture of the trailer if anyone is interested reach out. Otherwise keep following this page for our scheduled dates and locations. We can’t wait to come back to see everyone on the mountain!

Good afternoon everyone!,

Billys will be running a Rib special on December 19th, fight night, 💪what better way to watch Jake get his butt handed to him and enjoyed some smoked ribs. 25 for full rack .

We will be running the same set up for New Year’s Eve.

For the fight all orders need to be in before the 17th , new year’s order needs to be in before the 26th.

Warning long post 😉

Good morning family and friends !

The time has come, Billys is done with roadside for 2025. The temperature just isn’t working for us. We will be finishing out the year with our catering side.

Tomorrow and Saturday we will be performing private catering. 💪

For those who haven’t had a chance to catch us roadside to receive your free buck hill boxes . There is no expiration date on them we definitely will honor them in the spring, usually the first week in march .

Stay tuned for we will be running some meat specials for the fight coming up and new years .

Mostly Billys wants to thank all of you for your support throughout this journey . No words can describe how grateful we are . Thank you ! 😊

Billys will be setting up this coming Saturday on top of the mountain at the intersection of 51/45 gerrardstown , serving time will begin at 11 am till 3 or sold out .
