A lot happens behind the scenes before hops hit the kiln floor.🌿

This season, we’ve been upgrading our kiln system to improve airflow, boost drying consistency, and reduce energy use. New fans and better ventilation will result in faster drying, fewer dead spots, and higher quality hops all around.🙌

It also means using less fuel and electricity across harvest, an important step forward in reducing energy use while increasing processing capacity for the future.
