Trap Door Brewing proudly brought home back-to-back Gold medals at with "Fresher Than Fresh," a Fresh Hop beer featuring Mosaic. To celebrate, we teamed up on something new: "Fiercer Than Fierce," brewed with Yakima Chief Hops Mosaic, grown at the Coleman Agriculture Homeplace Farm, paired with Simcoe, Mosaic Dynaboost, Nelson, and Columbus Cryo. Dank, berry-forward, and tropical, "Fiercer Than Fierce" delivers a heavy hit of sticky resin and ripe berries, followed by layers of passionfruit and mango with a clean, dry finish. This is the definitive profile we look for in our West Coast IPAs, bold, aromatic, and assertively bitter.

Get a jump on American Craft Beer Week and join us for the release, plus a special hands-on hop sensory experience.

Whether you call it spring or the vernal equinox, today marks the moment when day and night stand equal and the light begins to win out. It feels like a reawakening. Across Oregon's Willamette Valley, the landscape reveals more shades of green than you can imagine.

Seed and hay crops are pushing along, grapevines are moving towards bud break, hazelnut trees are leafing out, and in about ten days, we’ll begin stringing our hops. A new season is underway, so let's grow!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all! Be safe out there today.
