Congratulations Jim!

👏 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 👏
We are incredibly proud to announce that one of our outstanding teachers, James Penton, is Teacher of the Year by the Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce. Jim was recognized last evening at The Chamber’s Awards Reception held at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center where he was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Christine Penton and their son, Jason.

Mr. Penton has taught the Diesel program at Adams County Technical Institute since 2009 and continually goes above and beyond for his students. He seeks out new techniques, creates hands-on learning opportunities, and brings in top businesses and trade schools to connect with his students. As he prepares to retire this year, his dedication and impact are clear.

Please join us in congratulating Mr. Penton on this well-deserved honor!
