Today we have a healthy and simple summertime option for all! Sautéed Barramundi Filets with a little Cilantro and Lemon for flavor. Paired nicely with garlic Brussel sprouts cooked in a little oil and finished off with a little vinegar. (These Brussels are also excellent dipped in a tiny bit of a homemade honey mustard). Finally, this is optional, but the Barramundi goes very well, served on top of some cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
