We will be serving thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, imported Pecorino Moliterno, and estate-grown fava beans, accompanied by live accordion performances of classic Italian music. To provide the perfect pairing, we will be pouring a selection of all our Italian wines, including:

Hey ya'll! A week from today is another fun Wine Walk. We will be pouring our wonderful Rosé which is 60% Zinfandel and 40% Sangiovese. This wine is impactful and dry for a rosé with a beautiful color, perfect for the warm weather we're having. We will also be pouring our Barbera. A crowd favorite that has a nice acidity that pairs great with rich, fatty foods. Come by So-Co Trading Co and visit Angie.
