Greetings friends of Gustafson Family Vineyards,

It is with great sadness, we announce the permanent closure of Gustafson Family Vineyards...

On August 23rd, 2020 - the Lightning Complex Fire (also referred to as LNU) struck our property, destroying our winemaker's home, our barns and farming equipment, a section of the vineyards, and the entire 2020 crop. Thanks to the brave crews of Cal Fire,

the main house was saved with minimal damage. Things can be replaced, and the land will take time to heal, but some of the losses incurred cannot be so easily repaired. The emotional stress has weighed heavily on our staff... Hearts broken, they have all decided to move on and we support each of them in their decision. With the losses on the property and of our team, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue operations as a winery. We have been honored to share our wines and hospitality with you and your friends over the years. On behalf of Emmett, Tara, and Steve, and our family, we thank you for your support and the many good times we shared together. Sincerely,
