✨The Heart of the
BARN. Then and Now. ✨

Once built for champion stallions, these eight iron-gated stalls still line the main space of The BARN at Liberty Farms, each one a striking reminder of the property’s equestrian past.

Today, they’ve taken on new lives.
A bar tucked behind one set of gates, a kids’ playroom behind another. Some transform into cozy lounges, arcade corners, photo booths, or even a dessert or oyster bar. We’ve seen them turned into cigar lounges, storytelling
“museums” of a couple’s journey, and quiet retreats where guests can slip away for a chat.

What makes them special isn’t just their look; industrial yet warm, refined yet raw, but their versatility. You can use them all, or not at all. Closed doors look as beautiful as open ones. And every wedding seems to find a new way to make the space their own.

October 11 was pure magic. 🍁✨

Jennifer & Nicholas gathered their nearest and dearest for a truly special, super fun as well as chic wedding weekend.

Late September at the farm, beautifully. 🍂✨
Wendy & Jay hosted a full weekend celebration with 110 guests and made such thoughtful use of the property. If you’re planning your wedding here, or just starting to imagine how a Liberty Farms weekend can flow, this one’s a great reference.
Guests stayed across three on-site houses, including our newest farmhouse, Valley View (yes, the one with the pool). They also did a full glamping buyout, which meant they could host a relaxed, casual rehearsal dinner for about 40 of their closest friends and family at The Nest the night before. Easy, social, and a really nice way to start the weekend together.
On the wedding day, the bridal party got ready at Liberty Farm View, our farmhouse right on site, while the groomsmen used the suites inside the BARN. Keeping everyone close made the morning feel calm and unhurried, with no extra travel in the mix.
Inside the barn, the reception was layered and full of personality. They mixed rounds and long tables to create movement through the space, and used four of the original stallion stalls for different moments, including a cigar sommelier setup, bar, lounge seating, and a photo booth. It’s a great example of how the barn can feel like a collection of spaces rather than one big room.
Fire Candy absolutely delivered on the food, and the florals leaned into rich burgundy tones with warm yellow accents, which felt spot-on for late September. Cozy, but still elevated.
This is exactly what a Liberty Farms weekend can look like when lodging, layout, and timing all work together. If you’re planning for this year or next and wondering how it can all come together, this one’s worth saving.

Some wedding weekends just stay with you 🤍

From getting ready in our farmhouses (the bridal party at Liberty Farmview and the groomsmen at Creek View), to a full house weekend with friends and family staying across our farmhouses and glamping tents, Casey & Jarrod’s celebration truly felt like a gathering at home. So warm, fun and so much happiness.

All of us at Liberty Farms absolutely loved being part of their entire wedding weekend and working with such a fun and warm couple. It’s a joy to finally share a few moments from this incredible day, captured so perfectly by the incredibly talented

Allie and David truly made the most of every corner of the farm, and we loved watching it all unfold. From friends arriving for a full rehearsal dinner/get together , to quiet moments with their adorable doggo, to getting ready in separate spaces that felt entirely their own, the weekend flowed so naturally.

Their ceremony in the north paddock, cocktail hour in the southeast paddock, a packed dance floor, and that unforgettable hora 🪑 in the BARN, made this day, feel joyful, personal, and full of energy from start to finish. Hosting family, and friends across the farm houses and glamping tents turned the celebration into a true wedding weekend retreat, exactly how this space is meant to be experienced.

We loved working with Alli and David and their incredible vendor “space team”. Thoughtful, kind, and so intentional every step of the way. Thank you for trusting The BARN at Liberty Farms with such a meaningful weekend.

K + L | August 2024

Every detail of this weekend felt personal and joy-filled, creative, relaxed, and beautifully thought out from start to finish. Their ceremony took place in the North Paddock, with chairs arranged in a full circle around the couple and a floral arch at the center; such a unique and intimate setup.

Guests then enjoyed cocktail hour under the sailcloth tent before heading into the BARN, where 165 guests dined across both wings with a mix of round and rectangular tables, and a triangular dance floor that kept the energy flowing all night.

Inside the barn, created a cozy lounge in one of the old stallion stalls, while the seating chart was a line of notes clipped to twine outside fluttering in the breeze. The kids had their own tipi nook and an arcade - one of many thoughtful touches that made the space feel so alive. Dinner was the full fire-roasted experience from , with music and dancing by , florals from , and rentals by .

K + L and their guests stayed across all of our farmhouses and canvas cabins, making it a true wedding-weekend celebration from start to finish. 🌿
