UPDATE ON THE HONEY THEFTS

Through the help of all of you, the first honey thief was identified. He then contacted us and dropped off a payment. Thank you to everyone who shared the post and helped us!

We still have not identified the individuals below who took 2 - 2 lb jars of honey ($52 total). Please message us if you know anything about this couple and share this updated post.

We are also aware that we accidently messed up the original post and that an automated message was sent to people who clicked on the photographs which is why we're doing a new post. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate the outpouring of community support!

Unfortunately, we need your help to identify the individuals pictured below who felt the need to steal honey from us.

The first gentleman took a 2 lb jar of honey and paid nothing on 7/18/2026 and the second couple took 2 2 lb jars and put a handful of loose change in our payment box. (We normally sell 2 lb jars for $26 each.)

Hopefully, the individuals can come forward and make it right or someone in the community will recognize them and let us know who they are.

Thank you to every honest customer who pays for their honey, there are way more of you than the thieves we have had to deal with.

Happy Father's Day to all of the fathers out there and an extra special shout-out to the unsung hero of Father's Day, the drone bee!

The drone's sole purpose in life is to mate with queens from other hives and when they do, it literally kills them (their genetalia is barbed like the workers' stinger). If they haven't accomplished their life's mission by the late fall/early winter, the female worker bees drag them out of the hive to starve or freeze to death.

Let's take a moment and celebrate the drones in our hives and let them know we appreciate them for all that they do!

This year's early Spring honey has been bottled and is available at the Honey Hut! (3115 Main Street, Birdsboro, PA 19508) This is the lightest and clearest honey we have ever had!

We have kept our prices the same (since 2022!) and have all sizes currently available with the exception of the 1.5 lb inverted squeeze bottle (we plan to fill those asap).

If you would like to place an order of more than 3 bottles of any 1 size and type or if you want to ensure the size and type you would like is available, please message us and we can place your order in a bag for pick-up!
