We consider Elderberries to be a magical fruit but have decided that commercial Elderberry fruit production is not a good fit for our age and abilities. This will allow more time for us to enjoy our retirement years.

We scheduled our free 2 hour on-farm seminar on growing Elderberries in NC for Saturday March 25 from 10am-Noon. North Carolina Extension will be here to discuss improving soil fertility and we will discuss planting, harvesting, destemming and propogating Elderberries.
