WA State Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home order on Monday, March 23rd still allows Emerald City Smoothie to serve take-out/delivery!
We encourage everyone now more than ever, to order & pay online using DoorDash or to request delivery services such as Postmates but ordering in-store is okay with social distancing practices in place.
For public health & safety, we are limiting our hours of operation and the following measures/restrictions MUST be in place until further notice.
1. NO MORE THAN FOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE AT ONCE. If our store has three people waiting inside, please DO NOT enter until someone has left. If you are in a group, we encourage only one person at a time to come in and order. Again, please feel free to order & pay online through DoorDash.
2.We are ACCEPTING CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT.
3. PLEASE REMAIN A DISTANCE OF SIX FEET FROM OTHERS AND DO NOT CROSS DESIGNATED LINES.
4. CUSTOMER RESTROOM USE IS PERMITTED.
5. IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS, PLEASE STAY AT HOME, DO NOT ENTER THE STORE.

As we continue to proudly serve the great community of Gig Harbor during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are also witnessing hard times for many of our citizens in the coming weeks and months. Particularly those in the food service industry.

We understand that your ECS experience may look different, while we are modifying our operations to better serve you during this time. We currently are doing our best to put the customer first and ensure that ECS is a safe place to serve you or your family.
If you feel sick you may call our store ahead of time to place your order for pick up or use our door dash services and stay home while your order is delivered to you.
