We must admit this tomato, confused us! It never looked quite ripe enough and we may have left a few go bad 😬. But we finally cut into one and it is amazing. Very unique, delicious flavor. The Bakersfield Green Tie Dye Tomato! 🍅. We may have a few left this Thursday so come see us. August 13th, 4 to 6 PM. And while we were at it, we had to make a couple tomato pies!! 🥧

Guess who stopped by the stand Thursday!!!!!! Green puppy!!! Now named, Talmadge 🥰. He is one big boy and we loved getting to see him!!! And he is so adorable and happy. He wouldn’t hold still for many pictures tho 😂

What can you make with all those tomatoes??? Cucumber tomato salad! Tomato pie! Canned diced tomatoes for the fall! And of course, tomato sandwiches on sourdough 😋. And don’t forget tomato gravy! 🍅.
