Born on a backpacking trip, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona through locally driven beer and food. When we're not outside foraging for ingredients ourselves, we're partnering with nearby farms to source the AZ-grown fruit, veggies, grain, and meat that have led us to be consistently ranked among the best breweries in the world. We use water-saving Sinagua malt in every beer we brew, we partner with local companies to compost all of our food waste, and we pursue sustainable efforts whenever possible to ensure the vast Arizona wilderness endures.

Bière de Miel, meaning “Honey Beer” in French, is a mixed culture Saison that drops at all AZW locations this week!

Brewed with 100% AZ-grown barley from Sinagua Malt and Triticale from Homestead Malting, local wildflower honey from Carranza honey, and freshly picked citrus blossoms from Agritopia Farm, this low acidity, easy going, mixed-culture saison contains notes of toasted honeycomb, apricot, citrus peel, and floral honeysuckle. Honey was used in two stages: shortly after primary fermentation, and again for bottle and keg conditioning.

Available on draft and in 375mL bottles at all AZW locations this Thursday! Cheers 🍻

A killer burger just jumped out of the shadows at our Gilbert and DTPHX locations! 🎃👻

The Muenster Mash consists of 2 Candice Barnard wagyu beef patties, muenster cheese, fried sweet potato straws, house-made bacon & onion jam, topped with our house-made spicy bloody ketchup, and all closed up with a Noble Bread Spooky Bun, dyed black with a plant-based food coloring derived from grape juice and spirulina powder.

Just in time for Oktoberfest celebrations this weekend, Hellsgate Helles is back on tap and in cans at all AZW locations!

This l***r is an easy drinking companion to the expansive, yet little known Hellsgate protected wilderness within the Tonto National forest in northern AZ.

This German inspired l***r boasts crisp and malty flavors derived from Sinagua Malt, along with a balanced, earthy, and spicy hop profile from Noble hop additions.

Oktoberfest is popping off at all AZW locations this weekend! Be sure to snag a Helles and some German inspired food before you participate in our events! Prost !🍻

Rivers of Recovery is launching our first Arizona program in April 2027, and our friends at Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co are helping us make it happen!

Throughout the month of October, visit any Arizona Wilderness Brewing location and round up your tab to support Rivers of Recovery.

100% of the round up contributions will directly support our first Arizona program in the White Mountains, where combat veterans will participate completely free of charge.

Since 2008, Rivers of Recovery has provided research backed outdoor programs for combat veterans across the country. After nearly two decades, we are incredibly excited to finally bring a Rivers of Recovery program to Arizona.

For the month of October, you can visit any AZW location and round up your tab in benefit of Rivers of Recovery

Rivers of Recovery is a national nonprofit who has provided research-backed outdoor programs for combat veterans since 2008. They combine fly fishing, time in nature, and connection with fellow veterans to support lasting improvements in well being, connection, and quality of life.

Rivers of Recovery is launching their first Arizona program in April 2027 in the White Mountains. Every Rivers of Recovery program is provided completely free to participating veterans, and your round up contributions will go directly to funding the Arizona program.
