Buzzz-Worthy News for this week, February 10-16: Nutritional Testing complete!! Label is being produced and a batch should be ready for sale within a week or so. Things are falling into place and we cannot wait to share our unique blend of gourmet salsa with everyone!! Look for us VERY soon at many East Valley Farmer's Markets during the week and at Signal Butte and Baseline every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will also be competing in the My Nanas Salsa Challenge March 8th at Indian Steele Park in Phoenix, please come out and show your support!!

After a long hiatus, our wonderfully unique blend of salsa will be available for sale within a few weeks! First retail spot will be the Mesa Swapmeet at Signal Butte and Baseline in Mesa. More updates to follow as the release date is now in sight!

Salsa was first called "Salsa" by Alonso De Molina...a Spanish Priest and missionary who lived amongst the Aztec people...in 1571
It took until 1807 for the first bottled hot sauces to appear in Massachusetts

So first random fact might as well be from the beginning...Salsa as we call it today is documented as far back as the Aztec culture...specifically the Inca people. Some of the first ingredients included squash seeds and beans...would definatley make for an interesting Salsa!
