Summer gardens through, we had a nice rain.💦 we sent in the clean up crew. The cattle. They eat all the left over crops, grasses and weeds. They fertilize at the same time. Then pull them out. Send in the tractor to work the soil. Then have it ready for your fall garden. Law of the Harvest.

I am not a bee keeper, I am a farmer. I love what bees do with their pollination. I have a friend that is a commercial bee keeping. He hires out to pollinate the orchards, and Mellon fields. He needed a place to park some bees for a while in between jobs. He asked if he could put them on my farm awhile? I said yes if he would give me 5 gals of Honey. He said yes. I was making Alfalfa seed he put 400 hives of bees on my farm. He just needed a place to park his 🐝 bees. He couldn’t believe it? He said he was getting 55 gals of honey a day off those Alfalfa fields. The added bonus for me, the fields without bees produced 200 pounds per acre of Alfalfa seed. The fields with bees on them, produced 400 pounds of Alfalfa seed per acre. A win win for all involved! We love what Mother natures pollinators can accomplish!👍😊🐝
